Terms of Use
These terms apply to Alibust — Logic Mysteries (“Alibust”), including the iOS app, the web version and this website, published by Ahmet Onur Saygı (“we”, “us”). By using Alibust you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play Alibust for non-commercial purposes. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Purchases
- Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that turns off ads in the app on devices using the same Apple ID. Use “Restore Purchases” in the Shop to get it back on a new device.
- Detective Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription that adds bonus cases, unlimited hints and no ads. The price and period are shown before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Hints and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
3. Ads
The free version shows ads from third parties. We do not control the content of those ads or the sites they lead to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
4. Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its cases, interfere with ads or purchases, or use automated tools to scrape the web version. Sharing your Daily Case result is very welcome.
5. Our content
The game, its story, characters, art, text and puzzle generator belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
6. Changes to the game
We may update, change or discontinue features of Alibust, including the Daily Case and the web version. If we discontinue the app, we will not remove features you have already paid for from the version installed on your device.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Alibust is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the game being uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
